This is a collection of online work and selected print projects since I began working in the design field in 2002. I’ve briefly described each project, including my role and any agencies that were involved. Many of the projects featured below can be viewed online.

Imperial Barber Products

I had the pleasure of working with perfectholiday and Imperial Industries Inc. to bring Imperial Barber Products to life. Excellent photography and great typography helped convey the spirt of the brand, and their products speak for themselves. One of my favorite projects.

Kakoon Knits

ACME Real Estate

Dole 2010 Year in Review

Working with CMg Design, we built an online annual report for Dole Food Company. In addition to building a great experience for desktop browsers, we also focused on creating an great presence on the iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices.

Dewey Nicks

Dewey Nicks needed to transition assets of their Flash heavy website to work well on mobile devices, such as the iPhone and iPad. I converted the home page, navigation and the photo galleries into Flash-free elements with the aid HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery.

Parsons Sustainability Microsite

Working with CMg Design, we developed a new microsite for Parsons Corporation. This project was a translation of the Sustainability Report that they designed into an online presence.

SALT. Optics

SALT. Optics is The Independent Lifestyle Company that creates premium handcrafted eyewear for individuals with a unique sense of style. They’re located in Costa Mesa, California, and are known for producing beautiful frames for prescription lenses and sunglasses. This was a complete redesign of their previous website with help from their internal design team to match current branding for SALT.

Mercury Insurance

The Mercury Insurance Agents Portal is an effort to better recruit agents in the states that offer insurance services, buy providing specific products and service details for these regions. jQuery was used to provide interactivity where necessary.

Microdevices Laboratory — NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Microdevices Laboratory at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory used their beautiful and informative annual reports as a blueprint for their website. The design is based on current branding efforts of other major NASA projects, while retaining a unique look that matches their area of expertise.

Parsons Corporation Microsite

Parsons Corporation wanted to include a CD-based microsite with their Annual Report. Once the initial media project was completed, Parsons requested an online-version to supplement printed material and highlight current projects, company philosophy and a financial overview for current and potential stakeholders.

Manage My Life NYC needed an identity, business cards and a new website to feature their lifestyle management solutions offered in the New York area.

Shape-Up Day Spa

Shape-Up Fitness Center in Corona del Mar, CA, needed to realign the previous website that I built, highlighting new products and services. This project included refreshing the current website, as well as updating branding collateral and creating new marketing materials.

4^th Annual Magic of Memories Dinner

I was honored to be involved with the 4^th Annual Magic of Memories Dinner, an annual fundraising program involving Paul Mitchell the School, Leeza’s Place, The Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation, and Vidal Sassoon’s Hairdressers Unlocking Hope on behalf of Habitat for Humanity. I designed the logo and branding for the 4^th Annual Magic of Memories campaign, which would include the in-store posters for Paul Mitchell the School’s fundraising and the invitations for the dinner which took place on April 28^th, 2007.

Fleur de lis Events & The Event Loft are part of the same company, offering a multitude of event planning services. Besides web development, I was contracted to design magazine ads and custom menus for a variety of events.

GHA Communities

While working for Evolve Media I designed and developed the new site for GHA Communities, home buildingers specializing in exceptionally crafted homes in the Palm Springs Desert communities. This was a hybrid Flash/CSS/PHP development where the client determined that they wanted simple animated elements to compliment the website’s beautiful layout.
